I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. Despite checking in by 6 PM and checking out at 6:30 PM the following day, I was only charged for one night due to their 24-hour check-out policy. The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious. With a total of 14 rooms, the property offers a relaxed atmosphere. They also have a good restaurant on-site.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. Loved the location, too - was able to walk to some awesome restaurants and attractions. Would totally recommend!

Absolutely loved the food at Vijaya Park Restaurant! Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, but the highlight was definitely the crab lollipop—it was simply outstanding and a must-try. The quality of the food truly stands out.

While driving towards Alwaye, we were attracted by the Hotel located in vast spacious compound and we decided to have our lunch as that was in the afternoon. We stepped into the AVANI RESTAURANT and had very delicious Kerala meals. Very nice, cozy and quiet ambiance. Very friendly staff too.

Vijaya Park, Kottayam, stands out as one of the best places for refreshment and dining. We had breakfast and dinner here on the same day, and were impressed with the service, food quality, and ambience that we returned for dinner again on our way back. Reasonable rates and a welcoming atmosphere make it a top choice for families and guests.
